NX &.5 on 32 bit and 64bit OS.

Hi all,

Should it be possible to have a 64 bit machine with NX75 pointing to the same configuration/customer defaults file as the other machines (32 bit) in the office?

I'm having problems

Have you checked the Siemens BBS? Rob Cohon has posted some updates to his "CustomNX" files, which have been setup to handle both 32 and 64 bit configurations.

It should work. I have that set up, albeit, running NX6. Only differences (for 32-bit and 64-bit) we have are custom applications (dll's).

NX 6.0.5.3 (NX 8 Beta)
Windows XP32 (Windows 7 64)

It just seems to be drafting that is having a problem, as soon as a dimension is placed it comes up with fail to open data part
