Hi All,

I'm using the new NX and making a sketch. I've got two lines connectet to each other at an angle. I'd like to make an angular dimension with the rapid dimension function.
When I select both line (no snap points) I can't make this angular dimension.

In NX12 I was able to do this as discribed above.

Any suggestions... is there a checkmark I forgot to set?

I guess first check and see if those two lines are actually lines. INFO -> OBJECT -> select it.
Also make sure your selection filter is set to LINES,
I know these two are obvious things, but maybe they can start to lead you to the solution to your problem.

I'm guessing that, when you use Rapid dimension, when you select the first line it shows you the length dimension of that line.
It could be that NX has pre-selected the endpoints of that line. You can see this at the selected objects in the top of the menu.
Solution is to select object two and then select the second line. I never liked this behavior in Rapid dimension...

I found the problem. I had to uncheck "position at snap

point" then it worked like I was used to.
