Here is all the code for layer manager,

when I select invisible and other layer options,

it dosen't do anything...

After you make a change on the Layer Manager dialog to have it implemented in the NX display part immediately, simply move the cursor to the NX graphics window and the change is implemented. If you proceed with further selections you fill find it will eventually do an update.

Anyway try the movement of the cursor.
