NX on linux

Does anyone use NX(6) on linux?
Is it worth to change from XP32?
(We mainly use NX CAM)

I heard that nx will work on linux64 bit only and not on 32bit linux. Am I correct Gurus?

Yes, you are correct, in linux only 64bit and the first version available in linux is NX4.
