Is there a mom variable to return a value for a feature depth? I use the "find features" to find/create holes in a part. Now I want to be able to post the depth value. I am using a "spot drill" operation so I cannot use $mom_cycle_feed_to type variables as the operation does not go to the bottom of the hole. I can see the depth value in the "machining feature navigator" so I assume there is a way to access it. I've looked through the mom list in PB and cant find anything. Any ideas? Thanks!!!! I realize this may be unorthodox.

Are you using the review tool when posting?
If your using a cycle you can get the mom_cycle_feed_to value - this is the depth of the cycle.

Thanks for the reply. Since I am using a spot drill cycle the feed to variable only return s the depth of the cycle not the depth of the feature. Basically I am using a spot drill cycle to program an edm sink machine. That is why this is probably an odd request. So I need to be able to access the feature depth regardless of the actual machining depth. It is just something that the edm machine needs to see. I used the review tool and do not see any variable that shows the feature depth. I assume it is because the spot drill cycle doesn't need it. Since I can see the depth in the feature properties I assume there is a way to access the value. Thanks!

The mom variables are set from the operation parameters.
If you see the feature depth in the operation dialog, then look through the review tool for the variable.
If you don't see it in the operation dialog, you would need to extend your post with an API program, if there is API available to extract it from the manufacturing feature.
