NX Shuts down with mouse in drawing window

I am running NX 7.5.4.4 on an Asus Machine with a 3d Connection Space Navigator and a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse.
When I open a file I can use my space navigator and I can also use my mouse. If I keep my mouse curser in the menus or dialog boxes I have no problem. If I move my mouse curser into the drawing area, the NX disappears.
I have no known issues with any program except NX.
I have run a repair on the NX and it did not help. I also rebooted.
Any ideas?

I will have to check for sure about the certified drivers and such. I have ran this computer with NX7.5 for over a year though and this is the first time I have had this issue.
