Hi everyone,
I am new to NX and SimCenter and I hope someone has a quick way to solve this:
in NX I created a sheetbody model of a wingbox that has the quarterchord line added. It is the blue line in the screenshot. For low fidelity optimizations I'd like to to add point loads in the intersections between the quarterchord line and the ribs.
However, the line is not meshed so it is not visible or selectable when I am assigning loads.
I can create create points on-the-fly to introduce loads on, but i want them to be associative with the CAD geometry. Does anyone know how to do that?
Would love to read your suggestions!
Cheers,
Mark
