NX site administration training

I'm looking for any suggestion on how and where to get some administration and site customization training. We are running NX 8.0 natively. Our company is based out of Austria but, our location is Canada just outside of Toronto. All the customization that we have is German and we have stumbled through disabling these(no one here speaks German). However we have issues with weld symbols disappearing and some drawing when opened on other computers not displaying proper. Our plan is to send a designer and the IT support guy. Any suggestion would be great.

The weld symbols disappearing may be a bug. I've seen this problem before with some of my customers. I'd report that to GTAC, because even with customisation a Weld Symbol shouldn't just disappear.
As for the training question, if you were in Australia I could assist, but Toronto is way out of where we're allowed operate!

The weld symbols thing is a bug, I searched GTAC for it and if I remember right it's fixed by 8.5.2.

Best advise I've offered people is to open a previous save from Teamcenter if it's happened, until we upgrade.
