NX Toolbars gets locked when running a VB.NET GUI (NXOPEN)

Hi all ,

I am running a VB.NET GUI application using File-->Execute.In my application i am using select objects to select a component in my assembly.
Now i want to move the selected component manually and my code should retrieve the final co-ordinates of this moved component.

I am unable to move the component manually as all the toolbar's "Move Component" is locked/disabled

Can i enable the toolbar using code ?
Please help !!!
