Could someone recommend a Viewer, free would be good, but I am willing to pay, that allows the measuring of PRT/JT files ?

Ronald, I see that version 10 does support this quite well ... any idea if you can change the number of decimal places ?

Thanks for the feedback.

When I create a JT file of a Model (not an assembly) is there anyway I can toggle off/on solid bodies ?

Are we talking about the issue that you might have multiple solid/sheet bodies in your model and they all being exported when the JT file is created? If that's the case, there's a new function added to NX 9.0 called 'Delete Body', which will remove the selected body(s) from the part model but will NOT remove it from the history tree. It's sort of like it used to exist at some point in time but now it doesn't and therefore will not be included when you export your model. Now the body(s) are not really 'deleted' rather the body(s) were simply removed from the history tree but in a way that does not destroy any parametric relationships. And since this is actually a 'feature', it can be suppressed and unsuppressed like any other feature meaning that when it's unsuppressed it's will be gone, but when it's suppressed the body(s) will return. I know that sounds a bit counter-intuitive but it does work and can be a very handy tool when it's needed.

John,

Our JT files are automatically created from within our PLM system, plus we have many legacy files not yet converted to NX9.

I was hoping that JT2Go included this functionality, along with the ability to adjust decimal places.
