NX10/NX12 Open File Window Freezes NX

Has anyone had issues with NX freezing with the Open File window open? This happens to me at least once per week and twice already today.

NX is completely unresponsive, but the "Do you want to save changes before closing" window opens when NX is killed from the task manager. That window is responsive, but doesn't do anything.

I would appreciate any insight into this issue

Is this computer a certified one ?
Do you run a certified graphics driver ?
is the OS version one which Siemens accepts? ( not very likely that it isn't but still.)

the general rule is " should be a so called workstation and use a professional Graphics card from ATI or Nvidia".
- i.e not Geforce from Nividia but Quadro, not (?) from ATI but (?)

It happens to me on occasion, at least once a month.
I never sent it in or even looked at the syslogs. usually too pissed because I forgot to save all my work in other files before opening another part file
It's like there is some other window open that is expecting input.

I only have NX12 installed now, but its happened on NX11

Win10pro, certified Nvidia driver for P2000, Rave Cadbeast PC, not certified
