NX10 right mouse button menu customization

Hello!

I am trying to customize the right mouse button menu that shows when a part is selected:

But when I try to customize it, only the view, radial and assembly component shortcuts are customizable:

Is there any place else where I can find this? Maybe buried somewhere in customer defaults?
