NX 10.0.2 is already available for download but there were no significant enhancements from the NX 10.0 release. Nx 10.0.3 will be available in a couple of months but again, no significant enhancements.

If you have CAM users, you should be aware that CAM functionality is released in maintenance releases. For example, NX 10.0.1, 10.0.2, and 10.0.3 have CAM enhancements; which will all be included in NX 11.

I would go with NX 10.0.2 right now. These are basically maintenance only releases and while NX 10.0.3 might have some issues addressed which were not in NX 10.0.2, there are no show-stoppers that we're aware of.
As for enhancements, there actually were a few in NX 10.0.2. For those of you who may have been following the discussion earlier this year about changes to the Drafting functions for editing dimensions, there were a couple of video workshops where our Drafting project management team listened to and then proposed a series of changes/enhancements to the dialogs and workflow when editing Dimensions and many of these changes were made in NX 10.0.2. Also there were several enhancements and updates for CAM functionality as well as some in the area of shipbuilding.
As for NX 10.0.3, again it appears that the majority of the limited number of enhancements are going to be in the area of manufacturing.
