NX11 Dimensions Are Grabby

Greetings:

Looking to turn off the feature that when you go to place a dimension, it wants to align with another feature and constantly nagging. Where is this setting located?

Hold down the Ctrl key when placing your dimension and "align" will be turned off while moving the dimension.
There might be a way to turn of "align" completely but I need to look into that more.

In addition to the "align to object" options, the "position on margin" option is turned on by default. This can make the dimension snap incrementally as you are trying to place it. Have a look here:

Dimensions acting this way, is not so good in my opinion. Hold down "ALT" while placing a dimension and it will ignore this snapping behavior. There is a toggle on the dialogue box, while putting a dimension in. I find it does not stay turned off most of the time. See image
