NX11 - Journal - User Select to place imported part

I have some journals that import a .prt file and places it at absolute to csys in drafting mode. This lets us add specific notes that we use quite often at the touch of a button and automatically places it where it goes on the drawing sheet. This has really come in handy using the drop down in the code so we have a list of notes we can add automatically.

What I need is to do the same thing but allow the user to select where the file is placed. I was surprised to realize that I don't have a single piece of code I can find that allows the user to select on the drawing where to place it.

Would anyone have any code that does this please?

Are you talking about just notes?
Why not use the Re-use library for that? Turn your notes into Custom Symbols..then you can just drag and drop them wherever they need to be.
