Someone here is having an issue where if they need to zoom in on a drafting drawing to dimension something, the lines will disappear. I have found that it allows him to get the job done by just hitting the Regenerate Work View, and that seems to make the lines appear again. However I can understand how that would get annoying to do that every time.

So far it only seems to be one person having this problem that I am aware of. I was hoping there might be a setting that just needs to be changed on his application of NX.

Any ideas?

If i guess, it's related to the graphics adapter / driver.
So:
Certified Graphics Adapter ? ( Read : "Nvidia Quadro" yes /no ?)
Change the Graphics driver to "latest".
Reset Graphics card settings to default.

Other graphics adapters such as Nvidia Geforce might work fine but they might as well behave strange.
I have seen very odd behavior on Geforce adapters.
I think the only solution if this is a Geforce adapter , is trial and error graphics drivers.

Tomas

Thanks Toost.

I was hoping it was just a setting but it sounds like something I will pass onto I.T. department instead. lol
