Hi everyone.

I'm having some strange ( but i think legit ) behaviour while i try to rotate some big assembly.

Just look at this image to understand what i'm talking about:

I think that the software is doing this simply because my workstation do not have enough power to manage properly the assembly.
But i think there will be some option to check/uncheck to enable/disable this.

Some idea where i can find it?
Thanks so much.

Yes, there's an option to display a simplified model while rotating an image. This is to improve performance when working with large or complex models. As for where that option is, I can't recall (I haven't run NX in nearly five years), but unless this is really disconcerting to you, I would leave it set as is since it will provide you with better overall performance and productivity.

Go to Menu preferences and go to visualization preferences. Go to performance and accuracy. Also you right click on your parts and say show exact, that my help also. Do realize everything you do will degrade rotation performance. Click around in here a bit I hope this helps out a small bit.

Well, i played a bit with some settings in the visualization preferences.

I disabled the 'two sided light' option and now the geometry of assembly parts are showed always as they must be without degradation of performance.
Honestly, now the workstation works way better than before ( this settings seems to be so heavy in general ).

Thanks
