NX3 Helicoid radius

How can I draw an helicoid convex radius of 150 mm in a face of 43x9 of block of 43x9x45. And helicoid concave radius of 120 mm?

Yeah...the radii are throwing me off too. The helicoid can be done with 2 helixes and a cross section but I don't get where the radii come in?
