NX5 - Reattached and/or Reposition - HOLE

I have a hole on a surface, positioned Point on to point (concentric) with oher hole. I deleted the old position parameter and I want to reposition it again. I can not pick the TOOL Edge at all !!! What is the trik here ?

It is a pre NX5 hole !
Somewhere I lost an associativity, I believe.
Any feture an want to edit, blow the whoole model.
I am in process of hunting all the features but one hole can not be repositioned (or I can not update it)

edit feature position add new dimension, choose dim type,
select an edge use for the second the face option an pic the hole face...
