NX6 Advanced Assembly....what functionality is included?

Anyone know what functionality is included in the advanced assembly module for NX6?

I am aware of component grouping. Trying to figure out if it is worth investing in.

Note that even though you may NOT have a license for a particular module, the documentation for that module is still included in your copy of the NX User Documentation. Therefore you can easily look up those various functions and learn about them there.

Add to the list Zones, representations and Scripts. All the stuff that is greyed out or locked out it you go off the menu bar.

If some users have access to the advanced assembly license and other don't then a certain amount of functionality is supported even though access to the creation tools is restricted. So in a floating license situation fewer advanced assemblies seats are often purchased. Users who may not have use the licence may nevertheless inherit important parts of the functionality most of the time.

The real advantages come in working with larger assemblies setting up zone and filters to be able to find proximate parts and check clearances.
