NX6 Component Array Names not updating

Anybody know how to fix Component Arrays in NX6 so the names assigned during creation update when you replace the component in the assembly with a newer version/revision? We do not have Team Center, we do all this manually. It seems like the component name never updates and there is no "link" to whatever the current component is. Can anyone help me? Example:

Component array ref: cylinder-00
