NX6 cutting tool live

Hi guys,

Can NX6 determinate the cutting tool live?

I mean, the NX6 CAM module can determinate the percent % of wearness, of the tool?

Or I have to use for this ug open or knowledge fusion?

Length and time are recorded when an operation is generated. These are basic calculations.

If you use machine simulation, you can get more accurate estimates, based on the machine kinematics.

Yes I know, I am so new user on NX CAM.

Before this soft I used Tebis CAD/CAM, this CAM software can report to the CAM programer, the wear tool percent.

This module maybe is on Teamcenter manufacturing.
