NX7.5 MACHINING

Using turning mode in NX7.5,
I define the turning tool,
then use TEACH MODE to create the paths,as Im creating the paths
I keep getting the message "Failed to find file using current options,part left unopened".

ive tried changing Assembly Load options but nothing seems to stop this happening.
Any advise much appr3eciated.
