NX9.0 Angular Dimension won't stay in proper position. help?

I am trying to put in an angular dimension, I turn off the Automatic Orientation before placing the dimension. I also can see the dimension as I want it without having to use the alternate positing, but if I move my cursor just a bit it jumps out to another angle and won't give me an option for the desired angle I am looking for.

Could you provide at least a picture of what you're attempting to dimension? A video capture show this behavior would be better yet.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
