NX9 Basic Dimension- How do I do it?

Really stupid question here, but I can't find how to do basic dimensions in NX9.

The option was right in front of me in NX7.5, now it seems to be replaced with inspection dimension but this is not the same thing.

Settings -> tolerance -> type
or double click the dimension and on the pop-up menu, change the tolerance option to basic.

Thanks, I actually didn't have this until I set my role to advanced.
