NX9 Feature Control Frame

I want to move a feature control frame. The control frame moves but the arrow attachment point doesn't. Is there a way I can create the feature control frame so I can move it with the arrow staying perpendicular to the face or the dimension line?

Hi Ben,
if you want to position the origin (attachment point)..then as you edit the feature frame click the circle at the tip (origin) and place it wherever you want to keep it.
I am not sure if i can move it as a whole (is that what you desire?).
