O2 Sensor Data Sheets (where to find?)

Hi All,

I've been searching the web for a Bosch p/n 13913 O2 sensor data sheet or technical description. I'd like to find something that indicates the heater wattage. If there was even more info like transient time (cross over transient time) at a specified RPM that that would also be nice.

Anyone know where I could find such specs?

i know two things.
warmup time on a 4 wire standard o2 is about 45 seconds
also the cross time changes as the part ages, used o2 sensors don't respond as quickly as new ones do.
the 45 seconds i found on the bosch america site they may have more spec's there
