ObjectARX 2000 1

I am interested in learning ObjectARX. The text I purchased says that ObjectARX 2000 must be installed. Is ObjectARX included with AutoCAD or must it be purchased separately? If included where is it or how do I install?

I forgot to mention that you must fill out the license agreement before you can download the core files and the SDK and not just the documentation and help files
