Obstruction to fire extinguisher

Hi everyone
I have an issue about fire extinguisher accessibility.
Somebody from production section have placed the big box in front of the fire cabinet
I need to ask him for removed it.

Refer to NFPA10 , 6.1.3.1 Placement
it described that .
"Fire extinguishers shall be conspicuously located
where they are readily accessible and immediately available in
the event of fire"

Is there any specific value to explain the word , "readily accessible" ??
So I can tell production about value (meter) to move away his box far from extinguisher

Normally three feet clear.

So you can just reach and get it, without having to move anything.

Plus not sure if you have handicap rules, but similar so a person with a handicap can access it.
