Hi everyone,
i am newbie when it comes to hydrology and I need to obtain the hydrograph data for a small drainage area.
Here is my drainage area info:
DA = 2.5 acres
RCN = 76
Tc = 0.12 HR

I was given the following rainfall depths = 8.5 inches rain in 24-HR
I just need to get the hydrograph data and display it in an excel table (discharge vs. time).

Thanks.

@ beej67,
Does the program winTR-55 allow you to output the drainage area Hydrograph in a tabular format?
It only plots the hydrographs.

I think it does, but I haven't used the raw TR-55 program since the old DOS version, so I couldn't say. Tool around with it and see. You'll need to pick your "Type" storm (I, II, III, IA) but most of the rest of the inputs are already given to you.

You may find HydroCAD software more user friendly. It is capable of NRCS(SCS) methodology and there is a TRIAL version of the software available. One can get tabular hydrographs in reports (customizable) as well as export them to comma delimited files.
