Obtaining node info - UMESHMOTION

I've been able to successfuly use the utility routine GETVRN to obtain the nodal coordinate information from nodes in the adaptive mesh domain. Is there a way that I can use this routine (or a different one) to bring in the coordinates for a node set not in the adaptive mesh domain in order to use the information during the UMESHMOTION calcuation?
