OCC_shadow_entity_occ in file in NX log file

Guys,

NX6 and NX8.5

I get bad pointer error on assembly.. When I look into the log file I see "OCC_shadow_entity_occ in file" entry there..

Is there a way to remove this? Why does this happen?
