Does anyone have experience with the Ocean Optics NeoFox system?
I have a remark and a question:

- If you use the analog output, be careful as to which manual you use to decide on the pin layout. In different manuals they have different schematics and it cost me several hours of testing and phone calls before they admitted I was working with an erroneous manual.

- I bought two identical systems and probes, with their multi-point calibration file. However, one probe-calibration file combination gives totally false results: room oxygen of 5%, while this should be 75%. Also, after applying the calibration and setting identical parameters for both systems, they should give the same analog output voltage for room oxygen, but there's 0.4V difference, which in my case equals 5% oxygen, which is quite significant.

Did anyone have similar experiences and how did you get by?

Thank you
