I am looking for a set of blades for the HP and LP blades of an Oerlikon D 3028 turbine. We are busy with a refurbishing programme and on opening the turbine we found extensive damage on the turbine blading. We need the blading as soon as possible.
Power output 60 MW
Speed 3000 RPM
Direction of rotation: Counter clockwise
Live steam pressure: 900psig
Live steam temperature: 900 deg F
Back pressure (60 MW, CW 80 deg F): 2.03 Hg
Number of stages (Mean dia. mm): HP 1 (1000) + 14 (790 - 1300)
LP 2 X 5 (1580 - 1780)
