Off page tool for P-Cad 2000

Hi, does anyone remember what's the off page tool for P-cad 2000? I know P-cad later version incorporated the tool and P-Cad help line couldn't help me on this one. For earlier version, 2000 included, I remember the tool came from a 3rd party vendor.
