Offset mesh in APDL

Dear Users

I have surfaces with a mesh. I would like to get mesh on the offset surfaces (similar as on the example from

http://manual.midasuser.com/EN_Common/GTS/425/GTS/06_Mesh/Protrude_Mesh/Protrude_Offset.htm)

with the same number of nodes.

How to do it in APDL?
