Recent tests in Aberdeen Scotland by Codyne Limited have prove n the ability to coagualte emuslified oils from oil barge washout and bilge water to levels beyond oil/water separator (10,000 mg/l down to 5 mg/l on THC - less then 1 mg/l on aromatics) - allowing for direct ocean discharge. Captured oils can be sent for refining or resale.

Process does not use heat, chemical additions, or produce secondary wastestream. Additional tests have been performed for Bp, Varco, Petrofac, and wastewater transfer handlers.

If interested in information/process - suggest you contact Ed Gardyne of Codyne Ltd at Ed.Gardyne@codyne.com.

Cheers -
