I am trying to use Dow Corning DC200 silicon oil for oil cooling of electronics inside a stainless steel housing. The housing will be immersed in water, for an extended period of time. at about 30m below sea level.

Can anybody please help in the equations to use, to determine the temperature rise inside the housing, given the heat load ( assumed lumped in the midle, 50 watts) wall thickness of the housing at .5", tube length of 40", tube OD of 10.5", and an ambient water temperature of 30C, if the electronics are immersed in oil?

Any assistance much appreciated
