Oil pump pressures 1

Hi everybody ,I Have a carrier semi-hermetic compressor(4 cylinder)
My refrigerant is 409A and my crankcase pressure is 40 psig and my discharge is 45 psig
The unit is locking out on oil pressure saftey after about 2 minutes what are the possible problems?
I thought the filter for the oil pump might be the problem but it turns out it is not.

Flooded starts.
Liquid return to the compressor.
Faulty oil pressure switch.

Are you saying the oil pressure is 45 psig or the compressor discharge is 45 psig?

If you are meaning the oil pump pressure is 5 psig "net", you should look at
1 suction strainer in the sump of the compressor clogged
2 worn pump (a good pump seems to be better able to handle some refrigerant dilution of the oil)

I hope you aren't saying that the compressor discharge is 5 psi net. In that case, oil pressure is no longer your main problem.
