Old spec for a CT 1

Can any of you convert the following CT specification into an IEC specification(IEC is first preference but ANSI would also be helpful) :-

Westinghouse
EPGH
Current Transformer
RCT-9 S#300P596G01
Current Ratio 1200:5
L559852-C 60CPS

The CTs must be around 40 years old.

There is very little information there to work on: the CT looks like it a 60Hz component (CPS = cycles per second, yes this must be old!) and only the ratio. The rest of the information will be on the drawing. This is typical of Westinghouse - minimal data, and a reference number to a drawing you don't have!!

Do you know which part of Westinghouse originally supplied it? We might be able to steer you toward the business which formed out of the old Westinghouse empire. If it is a generator component, I know Siemens Westinghouse in Orlando have access to most of the details relating to equipment they supplied going back a long time. I'm not so sure on other former Westinghouse companies.

You might consider basic electrical measurements and a mag curve on the core, but I'm guessing this CT is already in trouble? Do you have a similar one you could test?

ABB purchased to portion of Westinghouse that produced instrument transformers, so they might have records.
