Older M&S cost index data?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet with or a link to M&S plant cost index data for the years 1976 to 1984, inclusive, as well as the first quarter of 2004 (sorry; don't have a recent issue of Chemical Engineering handy)? I have M&S data for 1985 through 2003 inclusive in hand. Thanks.
