on Steady state analysis

Dear all
I am running Steady state model ( SOIL step) with partial saturation flow involved. (Just like the problem: assigning a phreatic Surface through a rigid Dam ). My model is not converging.
Do you have any suggestion why and recommendations on how to cure this issue.
