One-line training

I am trying to find some training courses for one-line diagrams. Does anyone know of a training company that offers a good two to three day course?

I'll be surprised if there is one. That's like asking for a 2 or 3 day class on "reading/drawing schematics". I would imagine it's more of a, 'here's a book that shows all the symbols', kind of thing.
