So i design a one way slab which I noticed that there is a massive between difference in bending moment value on beam etc. from sap2000 v20 and my hand calculation, untill I realized that sap2000 do not include the dead / self weight of the beam, i tried every solution, like rotating the local axes, set the load pattern to 1 and meshing area but none of these works... is there another way else that I can do to fix this, Thanks I really wish that somebody can answer my question..

Probably posting your file will be your best bet if someone is willing to take a look.

Since you've tried every solution though. All I can suggest is you maybe you've set the weight of the material to zero as it wasn't mentioned as part of every solution list.
