Hi Everyone,
I am hoping to take a few graduate level online courses related to combustion and energy. I’m not looking to do a complete master’s degree but I would be reimbursed for courses by my company and I’d like to be able to add some additional education to my resume.
The school near me does not offer any of their engineering courses online, but they offer a course I would love to take. It is titled “Combustion and Fuels” and the description is,
Introduction to combustion theory. Chemical equilibrium and the products of combustion. Combustion kinetics and types of combustion. Pollutant formation. Design of combustion systems for gaseous, liquid and solid fuels. The use of alternative fuels (hydrogen, biofuels, etc.) and their effect on combustion systems.
Does anyone know of a school they can recommend that offers a similar course online? I’ve tried looking myself and haven’t had too much luck because I’m basically just guessing at which schools may offer it and how good the course would be. So if anyone could provide me with some feedback on a similar course that would be great.
