Online internal coating repair

Dear all,

I have an underground piping of 4" carrying potable water, and having 3 90 Deg elbows. My concern is the damaged internal coating and the coloured water I am getting. I would like to get a coating repair solution for underground pipe internal surface without taking the pipe out from earth. Only I can isolate the piping, but can't take it out for repairing.

Expert advice is expected.
