Oops! How can we help OSHA verifying errors in power issues?

The information below were extracted from the official web site of the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) containing apparent errors that could mislead or undermine the confidence of the agency related with safety issues related with the power industry in the US.

I am wondering if this is just a simple careless mistakes or an indication of lock of knowledge of this agency that reflects the crisis of power system in this country. How can we help? , Any suggestions?....
* Disconnect switch shown as Circuit switcher:
* Disconnect switch shown as Air Circuit Breaker:
* Converter Station shown as battery charger/rectifier
* Current transformers and voltage transformer indicated incorrectly
* Lightning arrester shown as post type insulator
* Line traps for power line carrier shown as microwave power transformer

Well, my favorite is the microwave transformers. Maybe in some secret government lab they have developed them and OSHA released classified information. :)

Seriously, I think it's going to be educating inspector by inspector.
 
Having been involved with OSHA in regards to HV equipment, I would say the directory accurately depicts their level of knowledge of equipment. In fact, it's actually a lot worse.
