Opening a SolidWorks Assembly in NX 1

I am trying to open a SolidWorks assembly that I downloaded from GrabCad.
I was able to open the components of the assembly with no problems, but when I try to open the assembly file I get the below error, and it doesn't open.
I tried to open it "structure only" but I get the same error and result.
Does anybody have any tips on this problem I am having ?

Are you currently using NX 1899?
My first guess is that there is a version mismatch and you'll need a newer version of NX to open it.
If you search Siemens support on "PLMXML document failed to load", you'll get lots of examples where the resolution is "it'll be fixed in the next version".

Do you have a link to the assembly? I recently downloaded NX 2206 for testing and am willing to try it out.

Yes, I am using NX1899.
I will search support, like you suggest, but for now below is the link to the file

The components open fine, only the assembly doesn't open

I can open it without error in NX 12, 1919, and 2206.
The parasolid file that was automatically extracted is attached; hopefully you can open that.

I should have known to look at the characters in the name because it's a common problem.
