I have a doubt when designing the exterior shear walls, if we have 2 or 3 openings with spacings of less than 2ft. How can we design that less than 2 ft shear wall part? Do we need to consider it as a normal wall? Where can i find how to design walls with higher aspect ratios, limitation and solutions for that kind of walls?

I believe min width to be considered a shear is 24".
If its less than that then it is ot considered in your shear wall lengths.

for a shear wall it must also meet aspect ratios

Non seismic: 31/2:1
For seismic: 2:1

This is for a segmented shear wall design

Perforated differs as does ftao.

In the US at least, for site-built shearwalls, any segment less than 24", any portion less than 24" between openings of a perforated shearwall, or any pier less than 24" of force transfer shearwall is not considered as contributing to the strength of the wall. If you are forced into a design that requires a high aspect ratio or a short section, you would need to look at a prefabricated shearwall from Simnpson or Hardyframe.
