Optical canbus

I am newbie with can bus
I have to build a optical interface for a PCI canbus board. The problem is that I have to connect a transceiver (reception+transmission) wire to an emitter and also a receiver.
I found useful devices: agilent HSDL-3602-xxxx that are emitter and receiver in a module, to 4Mbps and 1.5m but I do not know how to connect them to a 5V can bus wire. Do anybody has a diagram?
